Cedarwood

by Shannan
(Lubbock, Tx, USA)

When I inhale Cedarwood, I sigh with relief. I love that it is calming not only to muscles, but to the respiratory system, intestines, heart and nerves.

Though Cedarwood helps with many other ailments due to its astrigent, fungicide, expectorant, and many more properties, we use it most for its sedative abilities.

Smells so good with lavender, bergamot, or frankincense.
